Sloane Turns ONE! Sprinkle Cake Smash

It seriously means the world to me to capture families as they grow. This family has a special place in my heart because I've been working with them since Sloane's big sister turned 2! It feels like just yesterday that I took Sloane's newborn photos! i love seeing how much she's grown and her big personality shine through in each photo!

I'm so lucky that Mom trusted me with the design of the setup. I love simple setups that leave the focus solely on the beautiful birthday girl and this design was exactly that!

Most parents are apprehensive for the cake smash part of the session; however, there was no need to be with Sloane. She was so excited to tear into that cake! Watching her pick up the cake was one of the funniest and sweetest things I've ever seen!

We added in a TON of sprinkles at the end! This made for some amazing photos and such a fun ending to the shoot! :)
